My name is Samuel Colon. I am the Safety & Security Supervisor for Shintech Louisiana LLC. I am also the District 10/Industrial Representative to the Louisiana Fire Chiefs Association for 2010-2011. I would like to thank you all for the honor to serve on the Board of Directors/ In my term I hope to bring with me the voice and knowledge of Industry. In many districts, Industry and local Fire Departments as well as their branches (Fire Rescue, Hazmat, and Medical) work hand in hand without too much knowledge of how each other's departments operate. I would like to close that gap and offer my services to inform and to learn from all members and departments.
